If you have a health protection licence from the Auckland City Council they may ask you to apply for a Brothel Licence to become a legal brothel. In my opinion if you do this you will close. The council will ilegally force you to apply for a resource consent knowing in advance that they will not approve it without taking them to court. You will pay your money and apply but and I quote from the Auckland City Council� “isnt worth applying for a resource consent”. Why not? because they have already decided that they will not approve it. So they will keep your money waste your time and still close you down….
