I notice the Rodney council thinks that by banning brothels in residential areas they will not be there. Are all councils full of clowns or just the ones around Auckland. The Rodney Bylaw is repugnant to the laws of New Zealand the same as the Auckland one was before it was changed. The government should ensure that Council laws comply with Statute laws before they are written instead of afterwards. All they have to do is make all bylaws be read by lawyers before they are enacted. That way these clowns on councils wouldn’t enact laws that are not legal.
