I notice our great council of Auckland are really on to it with the brothels and Parlors. After refusing a Brothel license for the Lavender Clinic in Panmure and advising the previous owners that they cannot open as a massage parlor because they applied for a Brothel license and got turned down. They now allow whoever is renting the same premises to open as a massage parlor /Brothel. If the previous owner wanted to I am pretty sure the Auckland City Council could be looking at a law suit. Are they just incompetant or maybe they could have a little corruption in their midst, who knows???
