I see the UN has come out with a report that says if New Zealand is not convicting anyone for trading in people that the police must be incompetent. We know this anyway but for the UN to say it seems a bit rich coming from the crowd that still hires Fiji mercenaries even though Fiji is no longer a democracy.
The UN seems to think that even though no one has been convicted that the crime is being committed here..What a lot of bullshit from those clowns.
It is normal wisdom to conclude that if an offence is not being commited then the crime is not being carried out. But I guess the UN does not think like normal people.
While I am on the subject, I saw a program on TV where a prostitute in the US will go to jail for being a prostitute. Prostitution is a victimless crime so the yanks are silly to keep putting people in jail for it. They should catch the drug smugglers and dealers instead of picking on hookers.
Whenever something is prohibited it sends the activity up in price and underground. But man is known to be slow at learning from history.
